Before launch: fill in the highlighted details.
Who we are
Perfect Pour is run by Sam Pyatt, Harry Harrison and Max Berry, trading as [Perfect Pour / company name and number], [business address]. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website.
Questions about your information: harry44harrison@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you register your interest we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your town or postcode, if you give it;
- the cocktails, sizes and quantities you're interested in;
- whether you'd like news and launch offers;
- allergy or dietary information, only if you choose to give it and tick the box agreeing to it.
We also confirm you are 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| What we do | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Email you when Perfect Pour launches, and gauge which cocktails and sizes people want | Your consent, given when you submit the form |
| Send news and launch offers | Your consent (the optional box). Every email has an unsubscribe link |
| Tell you which batches suit your allergies or diet | Your explicit consent. Allergy information is health data, so we only keep it if you tick the box agreeing to it |
| Reply when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp | Our legitimate interest in answering you |
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards (the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Data Privacy Framework).
- Google (Gmail), which we use to send and receive emails.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration until 12 months after we launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you sign up for news, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. Allergy information is deleted at the same time as your registration.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and storage
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so no third party is contacted when you visit.
We store two small items in your browser's local storage, both strictly necessary for the site to work as you'd expect:
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| pp_age_ok | Remembers that you confirmed you're 18 or over, so we don't ask every visit | Until you clear your browser data |
| pp_cookie_ok | Remembers that you've seen our cookie notice | Until you clear your browser data |
Our host, Netlify, may record basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs to keep the site secure. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.
Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes, for example when we start selling, and change the date at the top.
